The Children’s Services Council of Broward County (CSC) is soliciting proposals for the purchase of an existing office building for administrative offices or vacant land in which to build. The office space/ land must be located within Broward County and must be consistent with criteria described in this solicitation. Written proposals using the format described herein must be received by 12:00 Noon on July 30, 2007, at the Children’s Services Council of Broward County located at 6301 NW 5 Way, Suite 3000, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33309 in order to be considered.
